Ryan Rhodes / Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rhodes is a passionate executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in market development in the medical device industry, including 20 years dedicated to medical robotics.  Prior to joining EDAP, Ryan served as the CEO of Restoration Robotics, the global leader in robotic aesthetic medicine where he led the company to a successful merger with Venus Concept Inc. in 2019.  Prior to Restoration Robotics, Ryan spent over 13 years at Intuitive Surgical, the global leader in medical robotics where he was a key architect of the company’s multi-procedure market focus and development efforts, including the successful launch of the global Urology franchise.  Prior to Intuitive Surgical, he spent over 11 years in various management positions in sales, marketing, professional education, and market development at Ethicon Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company.  Ryan holds a B.A in Public Administration from San Diego State University.

Ken Mobeck / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mobeck is a seasoned corporate and operational finance executive with extensive experience in MedTech and technology organizations. Prior to joining EDAP, Ken served as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at medical device manufacturer Accuray Inc., a leading global radiation therapy company. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving several key initiatives tied to improving the company’s operating performance and strategic growth objectives.Prior to joining Accuray, Ken served as Vice President, Finance with optical networking leader Lumentum where he helped raise $900M in debt financing to grow the business from $900M to $1.6B in only three years. Before Lumentum, he spent over two decades in positions with increasing levels of responsibility at some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative companies including Silicon Graphics, Hewlett Packard, KLA and Intel Corporation where he was involved in high scale growth, mergers & acquisitions and business transformation. Notably, while employed at KLA, he helped grow revenue from $1.3B to $2.7B over seven years. Ken holds an MBA and a BSC in Finance from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Ken Mobeck was appointed CFO on January 1, 2024.

François Dietsch / Chief Accounting Officer

François Dietsch joined EDAP in 2005 as Internal Audit and Consolidation Manager, leading the implementation of internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, consolidation of financial statements from the Company's subsidiaries and preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including EDAP's annual report on Form 20-F. In 2012, he was promoted to Group Financial Control Manager and Finance Manager of EDAP's French subsidiary where, in addition to his previous responsibilities, he managed accounting firm relationships at the subsidiary level and was the primary liaison between the Company and its external auditors. He also managed the Finance department at EDAP France. In July 2015, he was promoted Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining EDAP he held finance positions at Valeo, a leading global supplier of components and systems to the automotive industry. He holds Master's Degrees in Management and Corporate Finance from University of Paris Dauphine.

Frédéric Pech / President, EDAP TMS France

Frédéric PECH joined EDAP in January 2021, as Chief Operating Officer in charge of research and development, industrial operations including industrialization, production, purchasing, IT and logistics and finally customer service. Prior to joining EDAP TMS, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Metal Global Concept, a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of medical instrumentation containers for operating rooms. Prior to this position, he served as Human Resources Director, mainly in the medical devices industry (Stryker, Tornier, Wright Medical) where he led several transformation projects. He began his career as financial analyst in the service and automotive industry. He is graduated from Institut de Gestion Social (MBA) and EM Lyon Business school ( Executive Master Management)

Marc Oczachowski / Chairman of the Board of Directors
Director since: July 2017

Marc Oczachowski is Chairman of the Board of EDAP TMS. Marc joined EDAP TMS in May 1997 as Area Sales Manager. From 2001 to 2004, he was General Manager of EDAP Technomed Malaysia. In November 2004, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of EDAP TMS based in Lyon, France, and became Chief Executive Officer of the Company in March 31, 2007. On July 1, 2012, he relocated in Austin, Texas (USA), for a five years period, to manage US operations and lead the FDA approval process of the Company’s HIFU devices. On March 25, 2020, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. He started his career as Area Sales Manager for Sodem Systems - power tools for orthopedics. He is graduated from Lyon I University (Molecular Biology), and from Institut Commercial de Lyon, France.

Marie Meynadier / Independent Director
Director Since: 2020

Marie Meynadier was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in June 2020. Marie Meynadier currently serves on the Boards of Directors of several medical technology companies in Europe and North America. From 1999 through 2019, she served at EOS Imaging as its CEO. Prior to EOS Imaging, Ms. Meynadier served as CEO at Biospace Lab, a preclinical imaging company she developed and turned to profitability. Ms. Meynadier received a degree in electrical engineering from Sup Télécom, Paris, and her Ph.D. in physics from Ecole Normale Supérieure Ulm, Paris.

Pierre Beysson / Independent Director
Director, Audit Committee Chair - Director Since: 2002

Pierre Beysson was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in September 2002. Pierre Beysson was then the Chief Financial Officer of Compagnie des Wagons-Lits ("CWL"), the on-board train service division of Accor, a French multinational Hotel and Business Services Group. In this capacity, he sat on a number of boards of companies related to the Accor Group. Before his assignment at CWL, Pierre Beysson held a number of senior financial positions with Nixdorf Computers, Trane (Air Conditioning), AM International (Office Equipment) and FMC (Petroleum Equipment). Pierre Beysson was trained as a CPA, has auditing experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Lance Willsey / Independent Director
Director Since: 2023

Dr. Lance Willsey was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in December 2023. Dr. Lance Willsey, M.S., M.D. is a urologist who has an aggregate of 36 years of private and public board experience focused in the area of cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. He completed his surgical and urology training at the Massachusetts General Hospital and additional postgraduate training in the Steele Lab Harvard University and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Lance is a founding Partner of Healthcare fund DCF Capital. He also actively participated in boards as a Director of Exact Sciences from 1999 to 2009 and of Exelixis from 1997 to 2023. Lance helped guide the two companies through their IPO process as well as subsequent financings. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance having served on audit, compensation, finance and scientific advisory committees.
